By placing an order with Amore & Aura, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Unique by Design: All Amore & Aura pieces are 100% handmade. We use natural materials like beads, stones, and wire. Due to this process, each item is unique and may have minor, natural variations in colour, size, or symmetry.
Minor Flaws: These small variances, often called minor flaws or imperfections, are a characteristic of handmade jewellery and are not considered defects. They do not affect the integrity or beauty of the piece. By purchasing, you accept these slight differences.
Colour & Display: While we strive for accuracy, actual colours may look different in person than they appear on your screen due to variations in monitor displays.

Delicate Items: Our beaded jewellery is inherently delicate and should be treated with care. They are not designed for rough use, exposure to harsh chemicals, or continuous wear in water (showering, swimming).
Proper Care is Required: Customers are responsible for the proper care and handling of their jewellery after purchase. Amore & Aura is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, accidental breakage, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

Final Sale Policy: Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or general dissatisfaction with minor aesthetic variations.
Exceptions—Contact Us Directly: We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If there is a serious issue or defect with the product upon arrival (e.g., a breakage during shipping, a component falling off within a very short period of initial wear), please contact us directly within 5 days of product delivery

of receiving your order. We will review the issue on a case-by-case basis to determine an appropriate solution, which may include repair or replacement at our discretion.
